Provider
Packbind is provided by Keen Shift Pty Ltd (ABN 52 700 047 721, ACN 700 047 721), an Australian proprietary company. In these terms, Keen Shift is referred to as we, us or our.
Purpose
Packbind assists authorised teams to transcribe lending documents, review proposed values against page-and-region evidence, record human decisions, and prepare evidence packs or optional CRM handoffs.
Human review is required
The service can be incomplete or wrong. A qualified person must review every proposed value and its source before relying on it. Packbind does not make credit or eligibility decisions and is not financial, legal, or credit advice.
Permitted use
Users must have authority to upload and process the information they submit, keep account access secure, follow applicable laws and professional obligations, and avoid using the service to make an automated lending decision.
Subscriptions, tax and usage
Subscription fees are billed in advance in Australian dollars on the monthly or annual interval selected at checkout. Displayed prices include GST where applicable. Each plan has a stated source-document allowance; Packbind does not automatically charge overage. At the allowance, new document intake is paused until the next billing period or an approved plan change.
Cancellation and refunds
An administrator may cancel a self-service subscription through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and access continues until then. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for change of mind. We will correct billing errors and provide any refund, remedy or cancellation right required by Australian law; rights that cannot lawfully be excluded are unaffected.
Integrations
Integrations are optional and must remain within their supported, authorised environment. A production CRM write is not enabled by these website terms. Any integration-specific scope and responsibility is agreed during onboarding or in the applicable order.
Availability and customer agreements
Evaluation access may change or end. A signed customer agreement, where one exists, governs the production service and prevails over this website summary to the extent of any conflict. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
