Billing support and plan changes
A workspace administrator can request a managed plan change by emailing the workspace name, current plan and requested plan. Keen Shift will confirm the price, effective date and document allowance before making any subscription change.
Do not include client names, client documents, financial information, card details or payment credentials.

A workspace administrator can request that Keen Shift add, change or remove a named team member. Include the workspace name, requested action, intended user’s business email address and one requested Packbind role. Keen Shift will verify the requester, person and role before changing access.
Do not include client names, client documents, passwords, temporary passwords, MFA secrets or authentication codes.
